Head of Operations – Timber Frame Manufacturing

Fleming Homes in Duns, Scottish Borders, seeks a Head of Operations to oversee client liaison, planning, construction design, operations and factory teams. This onsite leadership role reports to the MD and drives growth across the business with a strong lean manufacturing mindset.

Ideally you will have a degree and a proven track record leading manufacturing or production teams, plus experience in CI and process improvement. The package includes a solid benefits plan and pension.
