Beam Recruit is seeking a strategic Head of Payroll & HR Services to lead Payroll, HR Operations, and People Systems across a multi-site UK business. This hands‑on leadership role focuses on transformation, governance, and data insights.

Hybrid working with three days per week at the North Wales head office. Salary £65,000–£70,000 plus £7,000 car allowance and a strong benefits package.
