Head of Payroll & People Ops - Drive Payroll & HRIS

UKAEA is seeking a Head of Payroll & People Operations to lead accurate, compliant payroll for UKAEA and UK Industrial Fusion Solutions (UKFE). You will shape the delivery of people services, drive improvements, and ensure compliance with legislation while supporting the organisation's mission.

The role is onsite at Culham, Oxfordshire with flexibility where possible, leading a team and collaborating across the People & Culture function to enhance service delivery and insights from payroll data.
