Capital on Tap is seeking a strategic Head of People to lead the People, Talent, and People Ops teams and report directly to the CEO. You will shape organizational design, culture and talent strategy as we accelerate our AI-first operating model.

You will build a high-performance culture, attract exceptional talent and drive organizational change across the UK footprint including multiple offices. This is a leadership role focused on scaling a fast-growth fintech.
