Head of People, Culture & Leadership Development

Uxbridge College is seeking a strategic Head of Organisational Development and Culture within People and Organisational Development. You will shape workforce capability, culture and employee experience across HRUC, reporting to the Assistant Director and collaborating with the Chief People Officer.

The role spans culture transformation, CPD development, leadership programmes and employee engagement, with a strong focus on measurable improvements and cross-campus delivery.
