The Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) is seeking a Head of Employee Engagement and Learning on a permanent basis. The role combines strategic leadership with people development, culture and learning, operating on a hybrid basis from the Oxford or Edinburgh hubs.
You will design engagement strategies, build leadership capability, oversee onboarding and talent planning, and work with senior leaders to embed inclusion and organisational performance.
