Head of People Insights & Analytics

Robertson Group in Stirling is seeking a People Insights and Analytics Lead to shape how people data informs strategy and decisions. You will lead the People Insights & Analytics activity, manage the team, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality insights and innovative analytics.

You will drive data literacy, create dashboards and MI for workforce planning, and guide the organisation with evidence-based recommendations. hybrid working available in Scotland.
