Head of Production

Head of Production to take full technical and operational ownership of the site. Ideally, you will bring all-round experience of running a drinks production facility, from the technical detail of the process through to the systems, maintenance and team that keep it running.

Key responsibilities:

• Production & Manufacture - A proven track record running production in food or beverage manufacturing, ideally in liquid processing, bottling or brewing.
• Engineering & Maintenance - Experience bringing a new site into full operation
• Quality, Food Safety & Certification - Strong working knowledge of HACCP and food safety, with experience implementing systems and maintaining them.
• Team Building & Leadership - Demonstrable experience managing and developing a team.
• Budget, Performance & Continuous Improvement - Own the production budget and the cost of goods produced on site, managing labour, materials, waste and utilities to agreed targets.
• Health, Safety & Environment - Maintain a safe, compliant environment, including pressurised carbonation and compressed-air systems, glass handling and cleaning chemicals (COSHH)
