Head of Property & Estates – Hybrid Leader for UK Bakeries

Cornish Bakery is seeking an experienced Head of Property to lead the property department, shape the strategy and manage the budget across 65+ bakeries in the UK. You will drive new openings, refurbishments and ongoing maintenance, ensuring high standards and safety across all sites.

The role requires leadership, strong stakeholder management and the ability to travel across the country as needed. Hybrid working is available with 1–2 days in the office.
