We are seeking an entrepreneurial, commercially minded Head of PR to lead the development and growth of our client's growing PR division. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced PR leader to build a high-performing department within an established fashion agency, shaping strategy, driving new business, and delivering exceptional results for a portfolio of luxury fashion clients.

The successful candidate will be both a strategic leader and hands‑on operator, capable of creating and executing impactful PR campaigns while building the infrastructure, team, processes and client base required to scale the division into a significant revenue‑generating part of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a long‑term vision and growth strategy for the PR division.
  • Build, structure and lead the PR team, including recruitment, training and performance management.
  • Establish operational processes, reporting frameworks and best practices to support sustainable growth.
  • Work closely with agency leadership to identify opportunities for expansion and service development.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated PR strategies across fashion, luxury, beauty and lifestyle accounts.
  • Provide senior counsel to clients on brand positioning, communications strategy, reputation management and industry opportunities.
  • Oversee campaign planning, media relations, events, influencer engagement and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Ensure consistently high standards of client service, communication and campaign delivery.

New Business & Revenue Generation

  • Drive new business activity, including prospecting, pitching and proposal development.
  • Leverage industry relationships to generate opportunities and expand the agency's client portfolio.
  • Identify cross‑selling opportunities across the wider agency offering.
  • Take ownership of divisional revenue targets, profitability and growth objectives.

Media & Industry Relationships

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key fashion, lifestyle, luxury and consumer media.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, influencers, talent and brand collaborators.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, media shifts and emerging communications opportunities.

Commercial Management

  • Manage budgets, forecasting and resource planning for the division.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and growth targets.
  • Ensure campaigns deliver measurable impact and commercial value for clients.

Requirements

  • 8+ years' experience in fashion, luxury, beauty or lifestyle PR, with significant agency experience.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing high‑profile client relationships.
  • Strong track record of winning new business and growing revenue.
  • Established network of media, industry and influencer contacts.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build processes, teams and scalable operations.
  • Experience launching or scaling a PR department, agency division or business unit.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media and integrated communications.
  • Experience working across international markets.
  • Commercial and financial management experience.

This role offers hybrid working from their Central London office, with 1 day of remote working per week. The role will also offer a generous profit share scheme and an employee ownership scheme, providing great financial incentive.
