Head of Quality - Manufacturing | Lead QMS & RCA

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is partnering with a £100 million turnover manufacturing business to appoint a Head of Quality (Manufacturing) based in Monmouth. You will lead the UK quality function, maintain and develop the QMS, and travel to other UK and international sites as needed.

This is a highly autonomous, hands-on role with responsibility for supplier RCA, budgets, and reporting to the UK Head of Operations.
