Head of Quality & Safeguarding for Children's Services

Aberlour Child Care Trust is seeking an experienced leader to ensure robust systems and processes for best practice, safeguarding and quality improvement across Scotland.

You will coach service managers, lead audits, review behaviour and risk management, and support health and safety and personalization initiatives. A SCQF level 9+ professional social care or social work qualification and a management qualification are required.
