At Eurobase People, we're entering an exciting phase of growth and are looking for an ambitious Head of Permanent Recruitment to lead and scale our permanent recruitment division.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced recruitment leader to take ownership of a growing business area, shape strategy, develop high performing teams, and play a key role in our long term expansion plans.

Whether you're currently a Billing Manager, Team Leader, Divisional Manager, or Head of Recruitment, this role offers genuine autonomy, influence, and a clear pathway to further leadership opportunities.

We're looking for someone who can:

• Lead and grow our permanent recruitment offering
• Develop and execute a strategy to increase market share and revenue
• Build, mentor and manage recruitment teams
• Drive business development and key client relationships
• Create a high performance culture focused on delivery, quality and results
• Work closely with senior leadership to shape the future direction of the business
• Play a key role in our expansion across London and wider European markets

What We're Looking For:

• Proven success within permanent recruitment
• Previous leadership or management experience
• Strong billing track record and commercial awareness
• Ability to develop recruiters and build successful teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth
• Experience within technology recruitment is highly desirable
• Ambition to make a genuine impact within a growing business
