MotoNovo Finance is creating a brand-new Head of Compliance & Regulatory Risk role to join the senior leadership team. You will own the first-line regulatory risk framework, provide expert leadership on compliance, Consumer Duty, product governance and regulatory change across the business.

You will translate evolving regulatory expectations into practical actions, advise senior leaders, and help ensure our products, processes and journeys meet consumer-focused standards.
