Head of Retention & Customer Value (Telematics)

Radius is seeking an experienced Head of Retention to oversee a 23-strong Telematics Retention function, driving retention, revenue recovery and operational excellence. You will identify why customers leave, develop insight-led strategies and partner across the business to address root causes and drive continuous improvement.

You will shape the function's future direction, review processes and implement meaningful change to improve customer experience and commercial performance.
