Head of Reward - Strategic, Hands-On Leader (Hybrid)

Morgan Philips Group is seeking a Head of Reward to own the reward agenda in a high-impact, standalone role. You will shape strategy while hands-on delivery, leading on pay, bonus, benefits and recognition to attract, retain and engage top talent.

The role requires expert reward knowledge, strong data skills and the ability to present at executive level in a hybrid London-based setup.
