Head of Sales Operations — Revenue Growth Leader

Village Hotels is seeking a Head of Sales Operations to own the commercial engine across our 34 hotels, leading a ~60-strong sales team from our Warrington Head Office. This senior role requires strategic vision, strong leadership, and a data-led mindset to drive revenue growth across Groups, Meetings, Sports and Weddings.

You will define pricing strategies, build performance dashboards, and partner with National Sales and Hotel Operations to influence key stakeholders.
