Head of SEND & Inclusion: Strategic Education Leader

Morgan Hunt is recruiting a Head of SEND & Inclusion for a brand-new strategic leadership role in a Further Education college. You will shape the SEND strategy, embed inclusive practice across campuses, and drive compliance and learner support to achieve outstanding learner outcomes.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team and work with senior leaders to influence college-wide strategy and culture, ensuring every learner has the opportunity to thrive.
