Head of South England Academy Scouting & Recruitment

Crystal Palace FC is seeking a proactive Academy Scouting & Recruitment Lead to oversee talent identification and recruitment across the South of England. You will drive regional scouting efforts, manage KPIs, and integrate processes with the Academy to align with club strategy and EPPP requirements.

You will collaborate with coaches and senior leadership to shape targets, oversee player transitions, and strengthen the club’s regional network. DBS checks and safeguarding compliance are required.
