Head of Subsystems – Sea Ceptor Program Leader

MBDA UK is seeking a Head of Subsystems to lead development and delivery into service for Sea Ceptor platform equipment. The role requires strategic leadership across multiple development programs, ensuring safety, design authority leadership, and timely, cost-effective delivery.

You will manage subsystem design, interface with electronics and software teams, and support bids while driving product evolution across Sea Ceptor family.
