Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruiting efforts from our London HQ. You will own end-to-end recruitment, shape our employer brand, and drive process automation in a fast-growing start-up.

You’ll collaborate with leadership to define strategy, recruit across levels from students to executives, and build scalable onboarding. This role emphasizes proactive people engagement and transformation of our recruiting function.
