Head of Talent Acquisition - Growth & Brand, London HQ

SetSales is looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to own and drive all recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding. You will work out of our London HQ, collaborate closely with the CEO on recruiting strategy, and help shape a high-performance culture in a fast-paced start-up environment.

You will own candidate sourcing, interview scripting, assessments, and onboarding enhancements, with a focus on building an exceptional employer brand and attracting diverse talent across levels.
