Head of Teaching, Learning & Assessment — Campus-Wide Excellence

Henry Blue in London is seeking a Head of Teaching, Learning & Assessment to lead quality improvement across cross-campus sites. You will shape the strategy for teaching, learning and assessment, use performance data and QA processes to drive continuous improvement.

The role also involves designing CPD, coaching staff, overseeing lesson observations and learning walks, and preparing teams for Ofsted and external reviews, including driving digital learning initiatives.
