Head of Technical Location: West Midlands Are you a Head of Technical looking to join a growing main contractor delivering some of the UK's most complex residential-led mixed-use developments This is an excellent opportunity for a Head of Technical to take ownership of a high-performing technical function, leading teams through both pre-construction and project delivery phases while working closely with Regional Directors to drive business performance. Our client is a well-established main contractor with a strong pipeline of large-scale residential, build-to-rent, regeneration and mixed-use schemes across the Midlands. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Head of Technical to provide strategic leadership, technical governance and operational oversight across multiple projects. The Role As Head of Technical, you will be office-based in the West Midlands, managing and developing a team of Technical Coordinators while ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly and efficiently.
