Head of Total Reward & People Strategy

The Portfolio Group is partnering with a highly successful organisation in London to recruit a Head of Reward. This newly created role will shape the total reward agenda and elevate pay and benefits strategy in a fast-paced environment.

You will own salary frameworks, incentives, governance and executive reporting, and collaborate with senior leaders across People, Finance and Payroll to drive people strategy and employee experience.
