Head of Youth Programs & Impact

NFP PEOPLE is seeking a Head of Youth Work in Tilbury, Essex. You will lead a dynamic team of Youth Workers, shape the new Youth Work Offer, recruit and develop staff, and ensure programmes run smoothly across junior and holiday clubs and events.

This permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours/week) offers a salary of £38,000–£43,000, with benefits including 33 days holiday, pension, gym access, and training opportunities. Hybrid work is available before the youth zone opens.
