Are you an experienced Receptionist looking for your next step? At Perth Vets for Pets we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Head Receptionist on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

About Us:

We are a locally owned practice led by our senior vet and head nurse. Our wonderful, longstanding team is made up of one senior Vet/JVP, one PT Vet and one FT vet, one Head RVN/JVP, two FT RVNs, and two Client Care Advisors. We also have a great relationship with our Business Relationship Manager, who is always on hand for additional support and advice. What your typical day will look like:

As Head Receptionist, you will be overseeing the reception team, ensuring daily tasks are completed in a timely manner, whilst managing your own admin duties and making sure that a great level of customer service is maintained and delivered to all clients.
