Our client is recruiting for a Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health Administrator to join their team. coordinate health and safety policies, facilities monitoring and maintenance checks whilst ensuring all required regulations and conditions are met. Key Duties: Monitor and maintain Health and Safety compliance in-line with HSE regulations Coordinate the application of Health and Safety policies. Report to Health and Safety Executive adhering to RIDDOR guidelines in absence of QESH manager and QESH executive. Carrying out contractor compliance administration duties Provide administration support for the application of Health and Safety policies within the organisation Accurately inputting and managing information in the CRM system To operate within the scope of the accredited Quality Standards ISO 9001 Admin inbox management Dealing with the post Photocopying, filing and archiving You will: Be able to follow policies and procedures Be confident and willing to operate within ISO 9001 ISO14001 quality standards Be IT literate and good working knowledge of MS packages Have excellent organisation and administration skills Have excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines Deliver excellent customer service with the ability to provide a high level of administration For more information, please send your CV in or apply online for this role.
