Bidwells is looking for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to champion a positive safety culture across our Investment & Property Management business. Reporting to the Head of Facilities and working closely with our Executive Director of Health, Safety & Wellbeing, our successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and practical guidance to ensure health, safety and risk management are embedded throughout our operations.

This is an opportunity for someone to influence decision-making at every level, drive continuous improvement, and help protect the people who work, live, study and visit the properties we manage. Alongside supporting our IPM teams, our successful hire will also contribute to Bidwells' wider Health, Safety & Wellbeing strategy, helping to share best practice and raise standards across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Health & Safety professional to play a key role in supporting a nationally significant property portfolio while helping to shape and strengthen Bidwells' health, safety, and risk management culture.
