Health Records Service Lead & Trainer

Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking a proactive Health Records professional to join the management team of the Health Records Service. The role focuses on line management, staff development, and ensuring high-quality records services.

You will train and develop staff, collaborate with clinicians, and drive efficiency across departments. The position is based at Online House with flexibility to work across areas after training and in line with service needs.
