Health & Safety Administrator Location: Cirencester Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week Hybrid Working: 2-3 days working from home Our client is looking for an organised and proactive Health & Safety Administrator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous health and safety administration experience, or someone who has supported a health and safety function in another industry, and is looking to further develop their career. Working as part of a supportive HSEQ team, you'll play a key role in ensuring compliance, maintaining accurate records and supporting a wide range of health and safety activities across the business. Key Responsibilities * Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Health & Safety team. * Maintain accurate health and safety records, documentation and compliance trackers. * Coordinate audits, inspections and compliance activities. * Monitor and update HSEQ systems, databases and records. * Prepare reports, meeting packs, minutes and compliance documentation. * Support accident, incident and near-miss reporting and investigations. * Manage training records, certifications and compliance documentation. * Coordinate PPE ordering, stock control and equipment records. * Assist with ISO audits and continuous improvement initiatives. * Support environmental, sustainability and quality projects. * Liaise with employees and managers to provide health and safety administrative support. * Ensure policies, procedures and documentation remain accurate and up to date. About You * Previous administration experience within a Health & Safety, HSEQ or compliance environment. * Candidates with previous experience supporting a Health & Safety function in another industry will also be considered. * Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. * Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Able to manage multiple priorities and work proactively. * A positive, professional and collaborative approach.
