We are recruiting for a Health & Safety Advisor to take ownership of Health & Safety across a well-established manufacturing business in Bedworth.
This is a standalone role, working closely with the Operations and HR Directors, with genuine scope to influence the site, improve standards and drive a positive Health & Safety culture.
The Role
- Sole responsibility for Health & Safety across the site
- Working closely with Operations and HR leadership
- Maintaining a visible presence on the shop floor
- Identifying risks and implementing effective control measures
- Leading Health & Safety improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing risk assessments, audits and investigations
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- Challenging unsafe practices and driving accountability
- Engaging with employees at all levels to improve Health & Safety awareness
- Driving a proactive Health & Safety culture across the site
- About You
We are looking for a confident, proactive Health & Safety professional who is comfortable taking ownership and acting as the key authority on site.
You will ideally have:
- NEBOSH qualification as a minimum
