With a strong reputation and a secured pipeline of projects, they are looking to appoint a Health & Safety Advisor to support the continued development of their safety culture and compliance standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Health & Safety professional who enjoys a hands-on role, working closely with operational teams and project managers to ensure safe working practices are embedded across multiple projects In Return They Are Offering:  Competitive Salary Private Healthcare Life Assurance Pension Scheme  23 Days of holiday + Bank Holidays  ExpensesThe Role As Health & Safety Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the business with all aspects of health, safety and compliance across operational and construction activities. Essential Minimum 3 years' experience in a Health & Safety role. Construction experience required Strong knowledge of construction health & safety legislation and compliance requirements. Experience producing RAMS, risk assessments and construction phase plans. NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent). IOSH Membership. Full UK Driving Licence Key responsibilities include: Supporting project and operational teams with their health & safety obligations. Preparing and reviewing RAMS, risk assessments, construction phase plans and safe systems of work. Carrying out site inspections, audits and compliance reviews. Monitoring compliance with company procedures and relevant legislation. Investigating accidents, incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and corrective actions. Delivering toolbox talks and safety briefings. Managing training records, competency requirements and compliance tracking. Supporting vehicle and fleet safety processes. Maintaining health & safety documentation, policies and management systems. Producing health & safety performance reports for senior leadership. Promoting a positive health & safety culture across the organisationDesirable Experience with Health & Safety management systems and portals. Experience managing training compliance and audit processes. Additional Health & Safety qualifications or certificationsThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing specialist contractor!
