Are you passionate about leading safety culture change within a dynamic FMCG environment? Do you thrive on motivating teams, driving compliance, and shaping long-term safety strategies?

We are seeking a proactive Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to oversee and develop safety standards at our fast-paced manufacturing site in Cookstown. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you will champion continuous improvement, ensure legal compliance, and embed best practices across operations.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the site-wide HS&E strategy, maintaining and improving safety management systems.
  • Deliver impactful safety initiatives, ensuring site compliance with UK legislation and internal standards.
  • Conduct investigations into incidents, ensuring timely corrective actions and reporting.
  • Oversee risk assessments, emergency procedures, and safety training across all departments.
  • Foster a positive safety culture through engagement, committee participation, and leadership development.

The successful candidate will have:

  • NEBOSH Certificate essential, NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent health and safety qualification, with environmental related certifications advantageous.
  • Proven experience leading HS&E programs within complex operational environments.
  • Strong knowledge of UK and NI H&S legislation, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A strategic thinker with analytical capability and the ability to influence without direct authority.

What this role offers you:

  • Salary up to £70,000
  • Up to 8% company contributions
  • Up to 10% bonus
