£13.00 Role Summary An excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in Health & Safety. Working closely with the Health & Safety Manager and operational teams, you will help maintain a safe working environment, support compliance activities, monitor safety performance, and contribute to a positive safety culture across the site. Key Responsibilities Conduct site safety inspections and audits Monitor incidents and corrective actions through EcoOnline Support accident investigations and risk assessments Assist with Health & Safety inductions and communications Manage PPE records and compliance documentation Provide administrative support to Health & Safety, Training and Facilities teams We're Looking For A genuine interest in Health & Safety Strong communication and organisational skills Good IT and administrative skills Attention to detail and a proactive approach Previous H&S, logistics, warehouse or administrative experience is desirable IOSH, NEBOSH or other H&S qualifications are advantageous but not essential The successful candidate will support with: Daily Health & Safety inspections, including uploading findings to EcoOnline and tracking actions through to completion Monitor and support the site health & safety performance identifying key trend data through active trend analysis and data review. Build strong relationships with senior and operational management teams to influence a positive health and safety culture. Ownership and maintenance of Health & Safety noticeboards, including Accident Data and AIM dashboards Reviewing incidents within EcoOnline and following up on actions to ensure closure Supporting inductions for new starters Reporting and liaising with Toyota regarding MHE faults Supporting managers with Drug & Alcohol testing administration Access control administration and CCTV downloads for incident investigations Supporting the Health & Safety Manager with accident investigations Assisting with the development and review of Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work Managing PPE requirements and administration Providing administrative support to Operational Trainers when required Providing administrative support to the Facilities Team when required If you are interested to build a career in Health & Safety,
