Healthcare Assistant

You’ll deliver personalised care to our clients to help maintain dignity & self-worth and promote independence. We are looking for Healthcare Assistants to work on one of our adult packages based in PE38, Norfolk. Our client is a 66 year old male who lives at home. Shifts Available: Up to 3 x 13 Hour Day Shifts p/week - Flexible to cover Weekends Working Hours: 08:00 - 21:00 Experience Required: * Spinal Injuries (Adults) * Autonomic Dysreflexia (Having an understanding of this is ESSENTIAL) Main Responsibilities: * Provide 1:1 care to service users in their own home * Moving & Handling via a Hoist * Medication Management * Build rapport with family members and other staff members * Making sure care plans are followed accordingly Benefits: * Book your shifts in advance up to 6 weeks ahead * Bespoke training to develop skills * Weekly Pay & Competitive rates * Free CPD accredited training to help your career * Referral Bonus Scheme – Earn up to £250 per candidate referral Requirements for the role: * A minimum of 1 Years recent UK experience in healthcare sector * Good communication (clear spoken English) * Must be a car driver
