Main duties of the job
To provide high quality, patient focused clinical and administrative care, within their scope of practice, working alongside the existing nursing team.The post holder will have completed the Care Certificate or equivalent qualification and work with the clinical team and wider network to promote a healthy lifestyle and health education for our patient population.

You will work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team that includes GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, an Assistant Practitioner, Healthcare Assistants and Phlebotomists, alongside our dedicated pharmacy team administrative staff.
