Everyone is so friendly and easy to approach if you have a problem.” About This Role We are expanding our services in Retford and are looking for compassionate and dedicated Live-In Healthcare Assistants to support a lady in her late 60s within her own home, providing high-quality, person-centred care. As a Live-In Healthcare Assistant, you will reside in our client's home during your placement, providing dedicated 1:1 support while promoting her independence, dignity, and quality of life. This is a rewarding opportunity to build a meaningful relationship with your client and make a genuine difference every day. Your role will include assisting with personal care, supporting mobility, administering or prompting medication where required, preparing meals, assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, monitoring her wellbeing, and carrying out light household duties to help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment. Clinical Experience Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable. Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in house nursing team. Essential Requirements To be considered for this role, applicants must: * Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK. * Have the right to work in the UK. * Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and child-centred care. * Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required. We do not hold a sponsorship licence and are therefore unable to consider applicants requiring sponsorship.
