Healthcare Assistant Barnoldswick, BB18 £14.50 - £18.00 per hour Part Time | Days: 8:00am – 8:00pm | Nights: 8:00pm – 8:00am 2-3 shifts per week Join Apollo Home Healthcare We are looking for compassionate, confident, and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join a dedicated care team supporting a lady on a 2:1 care basis in her own home. Our client receives 24/7 care on a 2:1 basis, covering both day and night shifts. You will provide person-centred support with her complex care needs, personal care, and medication, while promoting her dignity, independence, and quality of life. She is a passionate Manchester United fan, with hopes of attending a match with her care team, and loves fashion and makeup. Looking and feeling her best is very important to her, so building a positive relationship and supporting her interests is a key part of the role. Your Role as a Healthcare Assistant * Personal care * Preparing meals- full support with all meals and fluids * Moving and handling * Medication Administration * Assisting in the community * Supporting with household chores What You'll Need Minimum 3 months' care experience Confident with personal care and moving & handling Strong communication skills Important Female applicants only – this is a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with the individual's care needs.
