Your Role as a Female Healthcare Assistant ✔ Support community activities and social outings ✔ Administer medication safely ✔ Provide personal care with dignity and respect ✔ Support nutrition and hydration needs ✔ Promote independence and wellbeing ✔ Monitor and respond to health and support needs ✔ Drive the client's adapted vehicle to activities and appointments What You'll Need Minimum 3 months' care experience Experience with medication administration Confident with personal care and moving & handling Strong communication skills Important Female applicants only – this is a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with the individual's care needs.
