Healthcare Quality Systems Manager

Healthcare Quality Systems Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping quality, governance, and continuous improvement across our care home group. Leading the development and enhancement of our Quality Management Systems, you'll drive regulatory compliance, strengthen assurance processes, and champion best practice to deliver outstanding resident outcomes. Working closely with operational, clinical, and corporate teams, you'll help embed a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across all services, This role is based at our Head Office in Waterloovile (on-site), and the role is Monday to Friday 9am-5pm 40 hours per week
