Help patients access the most appropriate healthcare service Provide excellent customer service both over the phone and face-to-face Work closely with GPs, nurses and other healthcare professionals Help ensure patients receive a safe, efficient and positive experience You don't need healthcare experience. Reception Comfortable speaking with people on the phone Comfortable using computers, email and Microsoft Office GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent experience) Experience within a GP surgery or healthcare setting Administration experience The training and support are fantastic, and there's always someone willing to help."
