Key Responsibilities: - Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, fostering their learning and development. - Assist the class teacher in implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) and adapting materials to accommodate various learning styles. - Create a nurturing and supportive atmosphere, promoting confidence and independence among students. - Collaborate with fellow staff members, parents, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each student's progress. Qualifications: - Experience working with children with SEN is preferred, but not essential.
