A well-established commercial law firm is seeking a Healthcare Associate Solicitor to join their specialist team. The successful candidate will advise clients on regulatory, compliance, and litigation matters within the healthcare sector.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Advise clients on healthcare-related regulatory and compliance issues.
• Handle healthcare litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Draft legal documentation and client correspondence.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders.
• Support partners on case strategy and project management.

Essential Skills and Experience

 

• 3–4 years PQE in healthcare law, regulatory matters, or related litigation.
• Strong drafting, research, and advisory skills.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently.
• Commercially aware and able to work collaboratively.
