Our aerospace client in Titchfield is seeking an experienced Aerospace Brazer to join their team on a long-term contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to work on the manufacture and repair of safety-critical aerospace components within a highly regulated environment.
Pay Rates
First 12 Weeks
Core Hours: £18.13 PAYE | £20.77 PAYE including holiday pay
Overtime: £27.20 PAYE | £31.15 PAYE including holiday pay
Sundays: £36.26 PAYE | £41.54 PAYE including holiday pay
Lates (20%): £21.76 PAYE | £24.92 PAYE inc. Hol
After 12 Weeks
Core Hours: £18.68 PAYE | £21.40 PAYE including holiday pay
Overtime: £28.03 PAYE | £32.10 PAYE including holiday pay
Sundays: £37.37 PAYE | £42.80 PAYE including holiday pay
Lates (20%): £22.42 PAYE | £25.68 PAYE inc. Hol

Working Hours
37 hours per week, training on core shift, before moving to a late shift.
Training Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:15, Friday: 07:30 - 11:30
Late shift : Mon-Thu 2:00pm-11:45pm
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out aerospace brazing and heat treatment processes in accordance with engineering drawings, approved specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards. The position supports the production and repair of critical aerospace components through controlled thermal processing techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare components for brazing, including cleaning, assembly, fixturing, and filler material application.
Operate vacuum, furnace, and controlled atmosphere brazing equipment.
Carry out brazing and heat treatment cycles to aerospace and customer specifications.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, process specifications, and work instructions.
Conduct visual inspections and dimensional checks on completed components.
Complete production, quality, and traceability records accurately.
Ensure compliance with aerospace standards, NADCAP requirements, and company procedures.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment.
Support continuous improvement and process optimisation activities.
About You
Essential
Experience in brazing, heat treatment, welding, or similar thermal processing operations.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Understanding of quality systems and traceability requirements.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good organisational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Desirable
Experience within aerospace, defence, or precision engineering environments.
Engineering or manufacturing qualification.
Aerospace brazing certification or equivalent practical experience.
Training or experience in heat treatment processes and aerospace quality standards.
