Air Source Heat Pump Service & Repair Engineer Full-Time | Permanent Help Power the Future with PH Jones At PH Jones, we're playing a key role in the UK's transition to low-carbon heating. We're now looking for an experienced Air Source Heat Pump Service & Repair Engineer to join our growing Somerset team and help us deliver reliable, energy-efficient heating solutions to homes across the region. You'll be responsible for the safe, efficient servicing, fault-finding and repair of Air Source Heat Pump systems in domestic properties, ensuring systems run at their best and customers receive a first-class experience. Service, diagnose and repair Air Source Heat Pumps and associated heating controls - Deliver a high-quality, professional experience in occupied residential properties - Proactively identify system improvements, additional works or safety issues - Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota when required Full-time, permanent contract - Annual pay review plus profit share scheme - Fully costed company van and fuel card Employee energy allowance and exclusive discounts on HIVE products - Company pension scheme - 25 days annual leave + bank holidays - Full sick pay after successful probation - Proven experience servicing and repairing Air Source Heat Pump systems - Strong understanding of low-temperature heating systems and controls - Electrical fault-finding skills relevant to heating systems - Experience working in occupied domestic properties - Knowledge of domestic renewable heating regulations - Strong customer service mindset in a field-based role - Experience with control systems including weather compensation, zoning and hybrid systems Level 3 Heat Pump qualification (or equivalent) - Unvented Hot Water qualification (G3) - F-Gas certification - desirable - Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points) - By joining PH Jones, you'll be part of a team that's revolutionising how we heat our homes and helping to build a more sustainable future. you're full of energy, fired up about sustainability, and ready to craft not only a better tomorrow, but a better you, then come and find your purpose in a team where your voice matters, your growth is non-negotiable, and your ambitions are our priority.
