Job Type: Ongoing, Full-Time (Monday to Friday) Start times: 16:00-20:00 Rate: Mon- Fri £21.85, Sat £24.66, Sun £26.90 (inclusive of Hol pay) Job Description: We are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 (CE) Drivers for our client based at London Gateway.
This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and professional drivers looking for consistent, ongoing work with a well-established operation.
Key Responsibilities: Transporting containers to and from London Gateway and surrounding areas Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and on time Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects Adhering to all relevant driving laws and regulations, including WTD and tachograph rules Maintaining a high level of customer service at all delivery points What We Offer: Guaranteed minimum of 10 hours pay per shift Ongoing work, Monday to Friday Competitive pay rates Consistent start times and workload Support from a dedicated transport team Requirements: Valid HGV Class 1 (CE) licence Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card Previous container experience preferred (but not essential) Good knowledge of UK road networks and driving regulations A professional and flexible approach to work The Criteria: Cat CE/LGV1/HGV1 Entitlement CPC Qualification Valid xwzovoh UK Licence Valid Digi Card (required) Minimum 6 months driving experience
