HGV Class 1 day drivers

HGV Class 1 Day Drivers Grafters Recruit are currently looking for HGV / Class 1 / CE Drivers to work out of our client’s premises in Crewe on an on-going basis with immediate starts available. For this HGV / Class 1 / LGV1 / C+E Driver role, you will be responsible for: * Driving a double decker heavy goods vehicle. * Completing trunk runs only, depot to depot. * Ensuring all paperwork and logs are completed accurately. * Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any defects. For this HGV / Class 1 / LGV1 / C+E Driver role, you will need: * CE licence with a minimum of 2 year’s experience. * Full UK Driving Licence. * No more than 6 points. * DIGI and CPC Card. Details of this HGV / Class 1 / LGV 1 / C+E Driver role: * Hourly rate of £18.36 per hour with a 6th shift paid at £27.54 per hour. * Monday – Friday with 6th shift available if driver wants one. * 4am – 8am starts (driver can pick) * Positive and friendly environment including free on-site parking. * Minimum 8hrs guaranteed per shift, even if you do less. * No handball * Pre booked shifts available.
