We are currently recruiting experienced
HGV Class 1 Drivers
to join a well established operation offering simple , desirable, RDC work
on
4 on, 4 off shift patterns .
This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for a consistent rota, modern vehicles, excellent earning potential and the opportunity to secure a
full-time permanent position .
Pay & Earnings
Basic pay: £16.49 per hour +£1.00 per hour shift allowance (paid for every hour worked) + £1 per hour night shift allowance Effective hourly rate: £18.49 per hour Based on guaranteed
12-hour shifts , this provides
minimum annual earnings of approximately £40,400 Overtime shifts available at time and a half Additional earning opportunities available through overtime The Role
Trunking work, all deliveries to RDCs 4 on, 4 off shift pattern 12-hour shift average Start times between
13:00 and 20:00
driver preferences can be accommodated where reasonably possible No handball and no self-tipping All vehicles are
2023 or newer All trucks are equipped with
air conditioning , making them comfortable to drive during the warmer months Temp-to-perm positions
successful candidates will have the opportunity to move into a full-time permanent position Permanent Employee Benefits

To be considered for the role, you must: Hold a valid
HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence Have a minimum of
3 months' Class 1 driving experience Have no more than
9 points for minor driving offences Be able to successfully complete a
