HGV Class 1 Driver , your duties will include: Completing Class 1 multi-drop deliveries Operating Category C+E vehicles safely and efficiently Carrying out pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections Ensuring all goods are loaded and secured correctly Adhering to UK road traffic laws and transport regulations Communicating effectively with the transport office and customers Reporting any vehicle defects or maintenance requirements Assisting with loading and unloading when required Essential Skills: The skills required to be successful as an
HGV Class 1 Driver
are: Valid UK Category C+E Driving Licence Minimum of 12 months' experience driving Category C+E vehicles No more than six penalty points for minor offences No major endorsement codes Valid UK Driver CPC Card Valid Digital Tachograph Card Good spoken and written English Excellent punctuality and timekeeping Strong understanding of UK road traffic laws Effective communication skills Desirable Experience: Previous experience as an
HGV Class 1 Driver ,
